If you are bothered by saying the year that you were born....forget it. We only want to know the month and day. We are secretive, but come on...:p

WELCOME Becky! My, oh my... we are only 1 year and 5 days apart in age. Alabama, huh?? My deceased Aunt was a school teacher there, in Montgomery. She wrote handwriting books, also. Never married, loved to teach the young minds. She ended up her last days, teaching in Birmingham. Are you anywhere near either city?

Yes I am close to Birmingham--about 40 miles outside of the city.
We have been about to burn up here--very hot with high humidity. I tried to work in my flower garden today but it was just too miserable so I hibernated inside with the air conditioner instead.

Birmingham, yes, I remember my Aunt Mary saying the heat there, could at times, be your death. BUT, she loved it there. You might come across some of her books, someday. Her name is Mary Poore.

Yes, we in the Detroit suburbs are having a heat wave. Wouldn't be so bad without this humidity.

I, also did the hibernating number today.

Went up to 94* ~
like an oven outside!

My eldest daughter was born Christmas morning. How does your daughter like her birthday on a holiday? Dawn didn't like it too awful much, but we surely couldn't change it.~ LOL Be in touch....
