Thank you everyone for your prayers. We are still waiting for good results. I had to go to work and hubby never asks questions. Grrr! We know that the calcium count is going down. Just not sure it's fast enough. And he never asked the kidney doctor if the kidney's are improving. Men!

Good news ... I think.
His kidneys are back to normal, the calcium count is back to normal, the parathyroid glands are not malfunctioning. We still don't have an explanation of why everything got out of whack, though. They will be testing his kidneys tonight and if the results are good, he'll be able to come home tomorrow.
