Funeral Potatoes
2 lbs hash browns, defrosted
1/3 c melted butter
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
2 T chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt sour cream
2 c grated cheddar cheese
2 c corn flakes, crushed with 1/3 c melted butter
Mix all ingredients together, except the corn flakes and melted butter. put into a greased casserole dish, cover with the crushed corn flakes then the melted butter. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
