For me Frugality is spending the least amount of money to do what you want to do while still having fun.
Going on vacation you compare prices of motels, use discount coupons/cards to lower the price of the motel and admission into activities, packing some of your own food to keep the costs lower.
I'm reading Penny Pinching Momma and one of the 'cheap entertainment' suggestions I found to be hiliarious. Take a fork and hold it up to your eye and look at the people with you imagining them in jail. Everyone had to try it.
