I have had a few doctor's visits in the past week so I've been bringing books to the waiting room
First I read
The Last Summer of Her Other Life by Jean Reynolds Page. It's about a 40-ish woman who returns to her hometown to care for her dying mother and is accused falsely of a crime against a child.
Then I read a new book by Cecilia Ahern (author of PS I Love You). It's called
If You Could See Me Now and what a sweet story! I stayed up really late last night to finish it.
