i want to share my hot cocoa with you all
i make this every october and some times i give it away for christmas jar gifts
this makes a big batch you can cut it in half but it keeps so well a big batch dosent even last very long
1 kg coffee whitener powder
2 kg sugar
2-3 cups cocoa
2 small paks of instant milk powder
1/8 tsp salt to take down the bitterness of the cocoa
add the sugar to the largest bowl you have or into a big roaster
sift the coffee whitener cocoa and instant milk powder and blend
then you just heat some water add 4 tsp into a mug and start testing and add according to taste you may need to add more cocoa or milk pw or coffee whitener
we like to add vanilla to extra flavor
and enjoy
