A year and a half later and I still have this.
It is more common in children and I am a baffling case to my doctor! She doesn't have any other patients with colingeric urticaria! Kids, yes, nut no adults!
The doctor says that most children outgrow it. She is baffled that I got it in the first place, let alone not outgrowing it in a year.
The asthma has been very, very, mild its the immune deficiency that is awful. I do not make enough histamine.
In the past year she has tried a lot of allergy meds trying to level the histamine. None of them worked. I have kinds gotten used to the hives. I do get tired of telling people I am not contagious.
They are not all the time but occur average twice a day and, thank goodness, only last about ten minutes.
It most always starts in my ears! If my ears are feeling hot I know the hives are coming.
Hot, cold, water, stress, sweat..........
What a mess, huh!
hugs, train
