not only outside,but in. I'm sitting here typing just thinking, (I know) that the season isn't only changing
outdoors. Inside this house is the sound of a football game. The cheering of the crowds & annoucers. From the kitchen,the smell of my pot roast, slowly cooking.The cat rests alot more. The light is giving way to dark sooner,even before the time change. My furinace is coming sometimes during the middle of the night. Making the house seems cozier and warmer. Blankets & pillows are all over the livingroom. For extra cuddling & warmth.
I find myself drinking more cocoa,tea,extra. Broke out warmer sweaters & love wearing double socks,sometimes. Our beds are fuffly with more comforters. Wait til winter,nobody will ever find us. Seem to be reading more than watching TV. It's me.
On the warm sunny days,the air is so crisp,I open all the windows to invite it in. Love having more fires in the outdoor pit. The neighborhood seems quieter,since school started. Most of all, Fall has always been my favorite season. Cause of the wonderful rides in the car,to see all the beauty of fall.
