| Bubblemum [I'm doing souvla with potatoes. The souvla is a cypriot dish of pork pieces slow cooked in a casserole dish with fresh lemon juice and mint added at the end. the potatoes are just boiled with their skins on served with greek yogurt. Yum!]
You could do this in a tagine with the cone shaped lid? It does indeed sound yummy
Chicken breasts cooked then topped with bacon and cheese, then melted under the griller (broiler??) with potato salad, tomato and lettuce for dinner tonight
