I made tacos and Spanish rice on Sunday. I've been fighting a bad stomach virus that sent me to the doc. He put me on meds + the B.R.A.T (boring!) diet. I lasted until Sunday but then gave in and ate tacos. I was fine through it but I still feel like I'm only 1/2 over it. I'm soooo sick of being sick!

I have Italian hoagies and wacky mac pasta salad planned for this Sunday. We might make homemade bagel bites for an early snack.
