shocking Flu Fighter Cookies...

I did find this recipe in my Oct.09 issue of FoodNetwork Mag. I have made them and they did have a good taste and texture 2 them...

FLU FIGHTER COOKIES

2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. freshly ground nutmeg
pinch of ground cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1 stick unsalted butter, room temp
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup lowfat plain yogurt
1 TBSP. ground ginger
2 tsp. grated lemon zest
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 1/4 cups golden raisins
1/1/4 cups dried cranberries
1 1/4 cups chopped walnuts, toasted

Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
Beat butter and brown sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Add molasses, ginger, yogurt, and lemon zest and beat until smooth. Beat in flour to make a sticky batter (do not over mix). Fold in oats and half of the raisins, cranberries and walnuts. Mix remaining dried fruit and nuts in small bowl and set aside. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto prepared sheets. Top each cookie with some of the fruit and nut mixture and chill for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 and bake cookies until dark golden but still soft, 10 to 12 minutes; cool on rack...
