Tonight is open house night at DS#1's junior high school, so I've got boneless chicken marinating in the fridge to grill on the Foreman, and baked potatoes cooking in the crockpot. I've never tried it before, so we'll see how it works!
~Crockpot Baked Potatoes~
Prick potatoes with fork and wrap in foil, then place in crockpot. Do NOT add water. A 5 quart crockpot will hold about 12. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or on high 2 1/2 to 4 hours.
