Your tofu " chicken" recipe sounds good. I will have to look up Beckies recipe......I missed that one somehow.
Im going to try it in spaghetti sauce someday and not even tell my Dh
. Then I want to try it marinated like you mentioned above.
Its the curiosity of not knowing about it that makes me want to try it more than anything.
