Well the storm passed by quickly and hopefully no more to come.. dh listens to the radio all day, I do not so he'll tell me in a few minutes when he calls home at lunch.

We normally go through the computer paces of turning off the computer, then flip the off switch to the power surger on the wall so I dont' think it's harmful to the computer and not only does it save on electric but it also prevents sneaky little virus's from coming into the PC at night. Our Anti Virus kicks on as soon as the computer powers up and runs a scan, same if the power goes off in a storm and comes back on. I don't think often about unplugging from the wall but have made it a habit of turning the power surger strip off so no electricity is being used, a little bit from the strip but not as much as leaving the computer, cable modem box, printer and monitor "on" all day and night.
More frugal... I have a wonderful fragrance oil Lime Cooler that no one but me likes. I put it in a empty cleaning bottle that had been well rinsed and sprayed it on the bath tub walls (not the shower walls but the sides of the bath tub where we have sub scoam build up). 5 minutes later I have a tub that looks brand new, yay!! and it smells divine in there, LOL! I have a very old cast iron tub (sigh not the old ones with the claw feet unfortunately).
Update: Had to respray some parts that the stubborn soap scum refused to leave, GRRR!!! Next time will mix it with baking soda so it sticks better to the sides and doesn't run down so fast.

I meant to add... very nice photos of the kids at church.
