Anna, that IS frugal! I know that before I leave for work I make sure the computer is off and the surge protector is ON! I should just unplug but don't. Hope that doesnt' ever bite me in the butt. I hope the storm isn't too severe Anna!
I'm at work and yet again, nothing to do. That and got my hands smacked for something I did as I was told to do but apparently they changed their mind and that was the wrong way. I'm 43 years old and this is beginning to tick me off. It's all I can do to bite my tongue. Okay, enough ragging about the job, am looking in the want ads diligently so we'll see.
Oh, forgot a frugal from last week. My cousins's daughter went thru her closet and drawers and gave us a huge lawn and leaf bag full of clothes for the girls to go thru. We kept half of them, the other are donating to the Ministerial Alliance here in town!
Below my signature are pics from the 30 Hour Famine! We had a great time. The kids built houses out of cardboard boxes and slept in them. The next morning some were standing (ours) some were not, we came back from our community service work and someone (Cliffzilla) had demolished our lovely house so there is a pic of my "Tribe" wailing over the destruction! Then there was Crab Soccer, one of the many games we had them play to promote unity, working together. A great time was had by everyone and they came away with the lesson intended, working together, doing without, fellowship!
