How about a different jewel for X-#'s of Crowns collected - rare ones for the highest #'s and a jewel to match the birth stone of their month. Example (please do not dispute - I will be wrong on purpose): January Birthdays would collect a topaz for every 10 Queen's crown they have collected as a member, so some one who has collected 20 Queens Crowns would now have 2 Topaz's, and if they had 15 / 20 Jewels they would get a Symbol of a box w/a Heart in it (rep. Here's what I am going to do:
We will call it the Crown Jewel Award:
I love the idea of the levels, they could all be different colors. That way we wouldn't have to come up with a totally new one each time this happens. I could find out what value each stone has (e.i. diamond is more valuable than emerald, etc) and I could create them that way. The color of the jewel graphic I found is pretty easy to change, so that would work perfectly!

FYI - my second favorite was the jewels on the crowns, but I think I prefer the caliber of a crown jewel on its own, shows more significance.
