I am on a diet and I have the same problem. Here are some things I make sure I have around to snack on.
pretzel nuggets--about 16 make a serving
carrot and celery sticks
crackers with peanut butter
fat free microwave popcorn(individual size)
sugar free jello and pudding(make my own)
Eddy Popsicles(strawberry are to die for!!)
fruit(apples, bananas,etc)
1 hardboiled egg
small amount of nuts or almonds
