Taco Skillet. I keep bags of cooked hamburger in the freezer just so I can make dinners like this.
It's easy to cook a whole pack of burger at once. You can put it in a large pot and boil it, then drain--or I've just cooked it in a large saucepan without any water, stirring frequently, then drained. That second way preserves more of the flavor without taking extra time or trouble.
