Well I certainly do not grow herbs just to look at. I grow thyme, parsley, mint, tarragon, oregano, lavender, basil, bay - must always have parsley, so I freeze it and it is really easy to break bits off from, but sometimes I chop it and put in ice cube trays. Surplus mint I make into mint sauce and freeze it in small containers (meal size portions) to have with lamb through winter. Oh, I also have rosemary. I do not like dill or coriander, so I do not grow them. Lorraine
