Train---My creamed Egg recipe is pretty much made by the seat of my pants, but here are the basics.
Make your favorite White Sauce recipe
I use
1/4 c margerine--melted
1/4 c flour
salt & pepper to taste
3 c milk
4-5 oz Velveeta cheese
1 -2 t prepared mustard (to your taste)
8-12 chopped hard boiled eggs
1 cup diced ham-- opt.
Stir flour, salt & pepper into melted magerine. Let cook for one min. stirring
Add milk --stir constantly to prevent lumps. Bring to a boil and cook until thickened--stirring.
Add cheese and mustard. Stir until cheese is completely melted.
Add Eggs & Ham--stir until warmed through.
I have added asparagus (par cook first) to this recipe before also.
