 Ice Cream Tacos
8 frozen waffles, thawed---1 qt. of chocolate ice cream, softened---1/2 cup of mini mashmellows---1/2 cup of hot fudge sauce---8 maraschino cherries or vanilla chips..........Warm waffles (do not toast)---Gently fold each waffle in half and put open side up in a "13 by 9" baking dish. Keep rows tight so the taco shape is maintained. Combine ice cream and mashmellows in bowl. Spoon evenly into waffles. Cover and freeze until firm. Before serving drizzle the warmed hot fudge sauce and top with a cherry or vanilla chips...........My grandkids love to make and eat Ice-Cream Tacos Good for birthday parties too..
