We have ham. I cut it up and seal it in bags for the freezer. At some point, I will use it for ham and bean soup or just ham and veggie soup. Scalloped potatoes with ham in it. Casseroles. I sometimes add it to scrambled eggs or an omelet.
Grilled ham and cheese sandwichs.
Sometimes fry a few slices and have it with eggs or pancakes or even for supper with potatos and veggies.
