Playtex or Bali are your best bets. Wide straps with extra padding on the straps so they don't cut in so bad. Also a wide band with at least 3 hooks.
I'm a 36D. I don't like floppy boobs either and they hurt. Darn things are heavy. I'm only 4'10" and weigh 118 lbs.
