But I disagree with you, Kathymac. The best ones are in northern NJ. The bread there is MUCH better; crusty on the outside, chewy on the inside. Don't forget the EXTRA oil and vinegar. I like my hoagie/hero/sub to be drippy!  |  You crack me up, Barb! I really, really miss the bread from up home!! You won't find anything like that here. I'm like you...I like my hoagies to be drippy!! (that word reminds me of people at home saying slippy (slippery)  )
