Late one evening Don Moen received a phone call with devastating news: His wife's sister had lost her oldest son in an automobile accident. Don recalls, God gave him a song for the family: "God will make a way/where there seems to be no way/He works in ways we cannot see/He will make a way for me." The song eased the hurt in the boy's parents, offering hope, encouragement and comfort. Soon after God Will Make a Way was recorded, people from around the world began to write and call, telling Don how they had experienced similar tragedies. And all of the calls and letters had one testimony in common: God had made a way in each person's life just when it seemed all hope was lost.
(I am the door; if anyone enters through Me, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. The thief comes only to steal, and kill, and destroy; I came that they might have life, and might have it abundantly.
John 10:9-10)
God Will Make A Way
Chorus:
God will make a way
Where there seems to be no way
He works in ways we cannot see
He will make a way for me
He will be my guide
Hold me closely to His side
With love and strength for each new day
He will make a way...
He will make a way
Repeat
By a roadway in the wilderness
He'll lead me
And rivers in the desert will I see
Heaven and earth will fade
But His Word will still remain
And He will do something new today
Chorus
Narration
Chorus
With love and strength for each new way
He will make a way...
He will make a way
