I do take time to myself!
It may be just watching TV, or reading, or taking care of me - self made manicure, pedicure... - cuddling with my cat...
I do believe that "when mom aint happy no one's happy", and if you dont take time to
please yourself, everyone in your family pays the bill.
It might sound selfish, but when I put myself first, I give so much more to everybody
!!!!
