Colorado is the eighth largest state in America.
I live 50 miles north from the state capitol of Denver, CO. If you take a tour of the state capitol building you will have climbed a Mile High from sea level. You could visit the Denver Zoo and see all different kinds of animals. The Colorado Historical Museum is just right next door to the zoo. We have 26 different ski areas. Colorado has 40 state parks. There are 54 mountain peaks over 14,000 feet high. Colorado has 38 mountain Passes. Mountain Evans Road on Colorado Hwy #103 is the highest paved road in America. There are 15 different wildlife refuges and areas you can visit. You can see the Moose and Elk just driving throught Estes Park, Co.
You can visit the Dinosaur Monument Park in the Northwestern corner of Colorado. I live in the Foothills of the Rocky mountain Natonal park. Colorado has a lot to offer visitors such as, White Water Rafting in the summer, Camping, Hiking, Fishing, Mountain Climbing, and Sky Diving. Denver will be Hosting the soon to be held Conventions for the political races.
Loveland has grown to be an Artist Cultural place.
There is a Sculptor Show held every year in August.
Down south you will find quite a lot to do with the Native American Indian Culture. Such as the Caves and dwellings built in the sides of the hills. You can also visit the hot springs and local spas of the area.
On the western side of Colorado you can visit the wineries and breweries and taste great foods from the locals
If you choose to visit colorado you won't lack in finding activites to do.
