Train, I have had asthma since 1983..and thank goodness they have such better medicines now.
Usually when you go through allergy testing, they will tell you what you need to stay away from...cats, dogs, weeds, grass, trees, dust, dust mites, smoke, perfume, etc.
To keep my asthma under control, I take Flovent 2 times a day. This medicine has made a huge change in my life. Now when I run into things that would set me off..it doesn't..for example dusty books. I love books so I am always looking at old books.
Skin allergies seem to go hand and hand with asthma too.
Avoidance is the biggest thing you can do for allergies and asthma.
For example, I would never dream of going to a smoky nightclub, and thank goodness, there are many restrictions for smokers now.
