How do you and your spouse handle discipline disagreements?

Sometimes my hubby and I don't necessarily agree on how to discipline our kids. It can be rather aggravating for both of us. It also sends the wrong message when we argue in front of them.

Does this ever happen at your house? How have you handled it?

I found this article on FC's website entitled "When Parents Disagree on Discipline" by FC Parenting Expert, Armin Brott. After reading it, I've gleaned several great ideas that I plan to try out right away.

Check out the article, vote on the poll and share your experience. Let us know what you think of Armin's advice, is he right, wrong, or somewhere in between?
