We always got to help put the tree in the stand, but that was all we got to see til Christmas morning. I was 15 before I was allowed to stay up & help decorate the tree!!! I was taking my good old time going to bed & finally Mom said " Well I guess you're old enough now to help". Boy did I ever feel grown up! LOL. She wasn't feeling very good anyway with the flu & was glad to let me help. LOL. Quote: |
