I use Nair Faicial hair remover cream. There are two tubes in the package. One is the remover one is a soothing lotion for after use. I have never had problems with it burning my skin, but I'd always do a test on a small area before I went all out and did everything that was needed. Sometimes I use the soothing cream-sometimes I don't. It's a matter of timing that determines if I use it or not, not a matter of needing to use it.
