I'm wishing for the real estate market to change. I made a decision at the end of the summer to somewhat change careers. I have been a daycare provider for 11 1/2 years and have been really low on children. In January I got my realtor license and decided to give up the fulltime daycare and go real estate. I just wasn't enjoying it as much and carrying the babies was really putting my back in a lot of pain. With the market being so slow, I haven't had a paycheck for 2 months now other than my before school boys. Hopefully the realtor assocaition's predictions are right that the market has hit rock bottom and is on its way back up. I just mailed for my website today. I need some money to pay my bills.
I also wish for the troops to come home and a healthy year for everyone.
