Gloria, I went to idealbite.com and signed up for the daily e-mail. I enjoyed reading the blogs. There is so much information on there, and I learned quite a lot. Thanks for letting us know about it.
Kathy(Bilby) - I know what you mean about having to choose between your pocketbook and the environment. I will admit that my pocketbook usually wins, too. Even still, you are probably doing much more for the environment than almost anybody you know. The more aware I become, the more appalled I am at how wasteful people can be. In just the last few months, I have gotten so much better about using and re-using things until they are WORN OUT.
By the way, I'm a Kathleen also. My mom is a Catherine.
