Yes I have a heel spur, the doctor said no surgery is needed for it. Also the plantar facsiitis (sp?). he wanted me to have cortisone shots. I said no for now. I'm trying a twop week trial of Medrol, an anti-inflamatory. And some cheap arch supports for now. I start the meds tomorrow.
