I emailed Coll about this as I think she told me she recently was told she had this. The only thing I have ever had on my planter (bottom of the foot) is a wart. I will say that becuase the planter is so tough and thick, getting a shot there is so painful. I hope you find something that can be done for it that is quick and painless.

I don't know if this will work, but I forgot to say that I found a site that offers some exercises. It might be worth a try to check them out.
