HI Amanda!!!! my dr wanted to give me cortazone shots...didnt want them!!! and he gave me things..pardon the spelling...orthodics!!! hubby and I both got them!! around here they were pricey I think anyways!!! I think about $250??!! and to get them recoated or whatever they call it...its $100. egads!!! but my heel does feel better!!! hope it helps!! OH and I try to stretch my heels in the morning too!!!!!!
