Okay, heres what I have to say, getting something pierced is just a normal part of growing up. Getting your belly button pierced is not that big of a deal. In fact the trend now is getting your tounge or eyebrow or nose pierced. As you may or maynot Know, getting your tounge pierced is a lot more risky and you should be glad she didn't want any part of her face pieced. And trust me, I have seen to many girls who tried piercing their own belly buttons and as you can probably guess the results were not to great. What I suggest is having her pay for it on her own, the cost is generally upwards of $60. Find someone who is sterile and uses a numbing creme. When you go ask to watch them sterilize the needle and also ask around from people who have had their belly buttons pierced on where to go or not go. If she changes her mind all she will have to do is take out the ring and it will close right up. Trust me she WILL rebel, and she will resent you. Therefor causing her to do and try way more dangerous stuff so I guess my question is to you which would you prefer?
