Pizza dough for the bread machine

tidbit posted this recipe in What's for Dinner October 2006:

Pizza dough for bread machine
1.5 pound
7-8 oz. water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 T. olive or vegetable oil
3 cups All purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Active dry yeast

2 pound
9-11 oz. water
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 T. olive or vegetable oil
4 cups All purpose flour
2 tsp. Active dry yeast

Combine all ingredients into the bread pan in order listed. Select Dough setting and start bread machine.

When dough is finished pat it onto the pizza pan and let it stand for 10 minutes. Bake 15 - 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

The recipe says the 1 1/2 pound recipe will do a 12 x 15 jelly roll pan or a 12 inch round pizza pan. The 2 pound recipe is for a 14 inch round pizza pan. I think it all depends on how thick you like your pizza dough.
