We are making wooden recipe boxes this year. They will hold 3 x 5 cards double wide. Just out of pine, stain them and use the router and letters to etch in the word "recipes" on the lid. I plan on putting a few family recipes in those that I gathered years ago from my MIL. I also have been working on crossstitch ornaments; I have two done so far. They are sort of big ones, one is a bell pull that is 12" long, and the other is a darling pic of Santa's face that is a 5 x 7. SO several more to make of those. Other than that unless something els copmes to mind we have this coming Christmas figured out!
