Ok, want to make sure everyone will remember and see this so I'm doing a entire thread on it
Starting this month we are asking everyone to please give us your ss name, if not then we cannot promise you will not get her again before 6 months when we start the process all over again.
I know by reading some of the questionnaries it seems many of you didn't know where to put the name, so here is an sample of one.
Example:

submit_by =
contact_from_sister =
contacted_my_sister =
what_i_received1 =
what_i_received2 =
what_i_received3 =
what_i_received4 =
sent_1_snail_mail =
staying_in_club_next_month =
leaving
Feb ___________
Mar___________
in those blanks that would be where you would be the names of your past ss.
this month would be one name, next month would be who you had for this month and who you had for that month
then in March it would be 3 names and so far..
Even if you chose to drop out one month, I still owe who you have had, until the 6 months period is over.
