| Felicia, it IS very interesting. It is difficult, but interesing. Yesterday we started on the subject of psychological tests used in the legal system. I was a bit shocked that the Rorschach test (ink blot) is still so widely used. Plus, it is more indepth than I thought it was. It is really interesting. As for Anna Nicole, I cannot help but wonder why her mental state hasn't been considered more in depth. She had a serious drug and alcohol problem, which I am sure will come out during the toxicology results. Therefore, I would doubt her state of mind during the time she wrote her will, which the original has been lost. If she wasn't of sound mind, wasn't married, and wasn't a legal citizen of another country, then her body should go to the next of kin. However, if I were her mother, I would find a way to have her buried near Monroe. I think she needs to be protected from grave robbers at this point. But, that is just my opinion. I don't think the paternity suit has anything to do with the body, but again, that is only my opinion. I divorce cases, the biological parent may get the children, but the dead parent goes elsewhere. When the child is old enough, she would be able to visit her mother's grave. Either way, this case is become a circus. |
