Have a question? First time cooking a real pumpkin. I cut it in half and baked it in the oven. I also put the seeds on a tray and baked them too.
Some of the pumpkin I cooked in the microwave to see the difference. Looks like the skin is pretty soft. Came out real good in about 10 min. Has anyone pureed it whole with the skin on? Hate to see it all go to waste. Any other suggestions how to use the outer part? Sueanne
