Sorry it took so long, but here's the recipes.
Mexican Wedding Cookies
1 Cup butter or Margarine
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Cream these together, then add
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup nuts (whatever you like - I use pecans)
Take chunks and roll into 1 inch (ish) balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees F 8-10 minutes. When you pull them out of the oven roll them in more powdered sugar
Fudge Nuggets
3/4 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Cream together then add
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 - 1 ounce squares baking chocolate melted
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup nuts
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oatmeal
Drop teaspoonfulls onto ungreased baking sheet and bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees F. Dust with powdered sugar while still warm
