| Pizzelles boggsz...There is a thread on pizzelles that barbszy posted with a recipe. I love to experiment with adding different things to it to make it more tastey. These have walnuts & raisins that I ground and added to the batter. Using the self rising flour they came thinner getting 45 instead of 25. At least they were less calories each one. I just store mine in a round tupperware container or a cake saver. They last a long time if kept covered. I like to put a sheet of paper towels to dry up any moisture. Sprinkling with powdered sugar gives it more sweetness and color. ______ Sueanne
