| Italian Pizzelles
Today I made Pizzelles. Would not feel like Christmas without them. Mom said these were the best she has tasted. Tried making them different this time. Used butter instead of oil and used self rising flour instead of all purpose. The batter did rise quickly making it spread further. They were easier to apply to the grill and came out crispier and lighter. Will make another batch tonight for DS and his friends. ________ Sueanne
