We liked Lizzie's skillet lasagna! (I used the mafalda noodles as she suggested and it worked great). I'm going to share this recipe with friends. I didn't put in the cheese until it was served, because not everyone wanted ricotta. It was great "with" and "without" the cheese! And only one pan to wash
It did make a lot, so there's plenty for lunches this week for me and DH.
Tonight's plan is Swiss Chicken Bake with rice and vegetables.
