Roberta, I am with you...I hate having to pay full price for anything, especially since we already pay higher prices for living so far north..
We play a game here..called Eat whatever is in the house...till the cabinets are bare..Not counting milk, eggs & bread...
Our freezer is the same way..eat what is in there..then buy new.
