I second the request for that marinade!

I have some turkey still hanging out in the refrigerator and it is too warm today for soup so will make Turkey Dressing Pie for supper. Have some broccoli and mashed potatoes with it. Here is the recipe for the Turkey Dressing Pie:

3-1/2 to 4 cups leftover cooked turkey dressing
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 egg whites, beaten
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cups diced leftover cooked turkey
1 cup leftover turkey gravy
1 cup peas, optional
2 tbsp dried parsley flakes
2 tbsp diced pimientos
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dried thyme

In a large bowl, combine dressing, broth, butter and egg and mix well. Press into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 10" pie plate and set aside. In a large skillet, saute onion in oil till tender. Stir in turkey, gravy, peas, parsley, pimientos, Worcestershire sauce and thyme and heat through. Pour over crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or till golden. 6 servings.
