Looks like everyone likes chicken no matter how it is cooked. Making a roasting chicken stuffed with apples. Put some potatoes, carrots & squash around it. Will probably make a salad on the side. My friend gave me a homemade apple pie put it in the oven to cook at the same time. I am glad Mom still likes to eat hate having to many leftovers. _______ Sueanne
