Hey everyone...I've been making this kielbasa dish in the crockpot. DH & DS claim they don't like kielbasa (grilled etc), so I've been making this for them and the LOVE it. If you get a chance to try it, let me know if you like or LOVE it! I submitted it to Taste of Homes contest. DH just loves the sauce!
So this is what's in the crockpot now....
Whiskey Sausage
5 Lbs Kielbasa (Polish Sausage)
2 Cups Brown Sugar, packed
2 Cups Ketchup
4 Oz Whiskey
Combine sugar, ketchup and whiskey. In crock-pot, layer sausage, then
sauce, sausage, then sauce, etc.
Cook on Low overnight or 10 to 12 hours. This is great for potlucks |
